Returns and Refunds

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept any returns or offer refunds for any purchase that is made with Melahi Designs.

Repairs

We do offer you our best quality jewelry, but we understand that anything can happen and your jewelry could break if handled wrong. If this occurs please contact us right away to inquire about your situation. If we accept your repair requests, we will not be responsible for shipping costs to and from. 

Cancellations

Once your order goes through, you will not be able to cancel it. You will not be able to make any changes to your order once it’s processed.

If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order, we will cancel your order and refund you. We reserve the right to decline service to anyone.

Please note that our Tahitian Pearls are 100% Authentic, and may have natural blemishes on them. We have a variety of all shapes and sizes!
